Andrew:
Age - 5 years, 2 months, 2 days
Weight - 46 lbs (75%-90%)
Height - 44 1/4" (75%-90%)
BMI - 16.5 (75% which they said is fine)
Blood Pressure - 90/60
Shot(s) - Hepatitis A (#2 after Jan 5, 2008), TB Skin test (Left arm), Hemoglobin: 13.7 (normal)
(NEEDS 2nd dose of chicken pox vaccine, but they were out

Emmalee:
Age - 7 years, 0 months, 22 days
Weight - 56 lbs (75%-90%)
Height - 50 1/2" (90%)
BMI - 15.4 (50% which they said is fine)
Shot(s) - Hepatitis A (#2 after Jan 5, 2008), TB Skin test (Left arm), NEEDS 2nd dose of chicken pox vaccine, but they were out
